Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All parcels are shipped from Canada using Canada Post. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders going to Canada and US.

When Will My Order Ship?

Once your order is successfully submitted, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders are NOT shipped on weekends or holidays.

If your order was placed after 9am PST on Friday, it will not ship until the following Monday.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship to the following countries: Australia, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom, and France. We plan on shipping to more countries in the near future.

How long Does It Take For My Package To Deliver?

After your order has been processed and shipped out, your order will deliver within the following business days:

  • Canada – 5 business days
  • United States – 7 business days
  • Other International Countries – 8-12 business days

Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card On This Website?

YES. This website is encrypted with SSL. We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept direct payments through PayPal.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

You can place an order through our website using the “Add To Cart” button on the product page of the product you want to purchase. Click on the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of the web page to “Check Out” and pay for your order.

You can also contact us if you would like make a custom order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account to make an order. It is recommended that you create an account during checkout to gain access to order cancellation and order tracking for your orders.

How Do I Track My Order?

You may track the status of your order in your “My Account” page. You must have a registered account to access this page.

To track your package, use Canada Post tracking page along with your tracking number. You can find your tracking number from your “Order Completed” email that was sent to you after we have shipped your order. You may also find your tracking number in your “My Account” page.

If you still can’t find your tracking number, contact us.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Only orders that are processing can be cancelled. Once the order status has changed to “Preparing For Shipment,” canceling the order is no longer possible since the order is packaged and is handed over to Canada Post.

To cancel your order, go to My Account > Orders > Cancel. If you do not have an account with Woodishades or you’re unable to log in to your account, contact us or send us an email via support@woodishades.com with the order number to request a cancellation.

Orders cannot be changed. You must cancel your previous order and start a new one.

How Can I Return a Product?

Woodishades is committed to customer satisfaction and wants all customers to be happy with their item(s). If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you may return it to us within 30 days (after delivery date on tracking number) for a refund. Returned products must be in the same condition that you received it, as well as in the original packaging.
