Not Satisfied With Purchase
Woodishades is committed to customer satisfaction and wants all customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days after delivery date (based on shipment tracking) for a full refund. Returned products must be in good condition, as well as in the original packaging. If the product returned to us is damaged (not by shipment), we have the right to deduct fees from your return and we also have the right to refuse the return.
We will issue the refund or exchange once we have received the item. It is the responsibility of the buyer to package the items and ship them back to Woodishades.
Bracelet Breaks Within 1 Year of Purchase
If any of your bracelets break within 1 year after purchase, we will replace them at no extra cost. See below for replacement process.
Items Damaged During Shipment
If your item was damaged through shipment, we will replace the same item at no extra cost. See below for replacement process.
Other Additional Government Taxes, Customs, or Duty Charges
Woodishades is NOT responsible for any additional government taxes, customs, or duty charges, and any such costs are the responsibility of the customer. The total amount of any such charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Lost, Stolen, or Mis-delivered Packages
Any claims for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages must be made within 3 days of the delivery date (based on tracking information) of the package in question.
Start Return Or Replacement Process
To start the return or replacement process, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- First and last name.
- Order number.
- Reason for return or replacement. If you are not satisfied with the product, please explain why the product did not meet your expectations. We use these reasons to better our products for our customers.
- Attach pictures for proof if damaged.
